Many of us go to
the beach in summer to get that tanned look by lying outside in the Sun for
hours. However, if we are not careful it can end up damaging our skin
tremendously. Repeated exposure to the sun can cause vital physiological
elements such as Elastin to weaken, causing our skin to sag, thus making us
look much older than we really are. Skin which is also continuously exposed to
the sun can also lose vital oils and it robs your skin of the moisture that it
needs to remain properly hydrated.
